Baked Butternut Squash
It’s cooling and healing in nature. Squash helps resolve inflammatory conditions. Top it with melted butter and/or olive oil. If you like it sweeter add nutmeg, walnuts, and agave syrup.
Cooking Time: 45-60 minutes, 375 degrees.
- 2 large butternut squash
- salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake squash for 45-60 minutes until tender.
