Unbroken Stream Qigong is a series of gentle, easy to perform movements that originated in ancient China and have been passed down along generations for thousands of years. This style, created by Master Julian K Duran, puts together a sequence of movements that open all the joints, strengthen the muscles, improve balance and flexibility, and end with traditional standing meditative postures. These exercises were developed to cultivate the practitioner’s life force and vitality, increasing awareness and harmonizing the energetic systems in the body. These subtle changes begin to have a profound effect on the human body, and can be used as powerful tool for health, personal growth, and self-discovery.
Yang Style Tai Qi Chuan is a style of martial arts from China that emphasizes fluidity and softness to develop internal awareness and power. It is practiced as a form or set of 108 moves in sequence, and through repetition the practitioner is able to reach a meditative state and experience dynamic flow. It has been used for hundreds of years by people of all ages and levels of skill for longevity, health, fitness, and personal cultivation. As it increases in popularity around the world, an increasing number of studies are showing the regenerative power of Tai Qi to both physical and mental health.
